- … are listed next to each offer and are calculated per person, on the basis of a group of 4 participants
- Adapted according to the length and type of tour and number of participants
- Offer a 5% discount on the total amount due adult family members accompanied by their children over the age of 12 years
- Less 5% on the total amount due for a group of 5 participants including at least one child under the age of 12
- Children under the age of 12 are eligible for a discount of 20% but will not be taken into consideration as regards other possible discounts
- For a group of 5-8 adults the entire infrastructure is duplicated or we can opt to use a larger vehicle. A 5% discount on the final amount due will be granted
- All admission charges and access rights, excepting tips, are included in our rates
- Final confirmation of your reservation for the safari of your choice is subject to payment of the total amount due a minimum of 30 days prior to departure and receipt of a copy of payment confirmation from you bank
- Full board and lodging does not include extras or spur-of-the-moment stops along the way in places open to the general public
- In Windhoek mid-day meals are at your own expense
- In Swakopmund, Lüderitz and Livingstone evening meals are at your own expense
- Tours begin and end at Windhoek International airport. Transfers and the first and last nights in Windheok are included in our rates.
